Training Summary for Week of May 10th, 2010

The following is my training log for last week. Since it was an easy week, I ran about 75% of the total mileage as I did the week before.

  • Monday: Went for a walk and did some strength training
  • Tuesday: 8 miles with 4 miles at 6:35 pace
  • Wednesday: 6 easy miles; strength training
  • Thursday: It was raining, so I took the day off.
  • Friday: 6 or so miles with 10x100meter strides; strength training
  • Saturday: 12 miles at a moderate pace.
  • Sunday: 8.4 miles easy, but picked up pace towards end.

Total mileage: about 41 miles
